The Competitive Advantage

AI & IoT Automation

Machine learning manages automated feeding, oxygenation, and filtration. Real-time water quality monitoring via IoT ensures optimal growth environments and minimal mortality rates.

Hybrid RAS + Biofloc

Limited/zero water exchange system that converts toxic ammonia and nitrites directly into proteinaceous feed via Biofloc, drastically lowering OPEX.

In-House Feed Mill

On-site 1,000 kg/hr feed production utilizes local raw materials (maize, wheat), bypassing supplier markups and buffering the farm against global commodity volatility.

Circular Economy

Nutrient-rich effluent water directly fuels an integrated aquaponics system for vegetable cultivation, while integrated solar PV offsets energy demands.

EU Grant Co-Financing

Designed strictly to EMFAF guidelines, maximizing eligibility for non-repayable European and Polish national green transition grants to multiply investor equity returns.

Execution Leadership

Spearheaded by executive leadership with a proven track record in heavy civil infrastructure, foundation works, and comprehensive facility operations, ensuring the €7M construction budget is strictly governed and timelines are met.

Financial Projections & Structure

Our financial architecture relies on diversified revenue streams (fish, commercial feed, fingerlings, aquaponics) and a highly optimized OPEX structure driven by in-house feed production and automated systems.

Implementation Roadmap

Phase 1: Legal & Site Prep

Formation of Polish Sp. z o.o., securing the 10-hectare site in Białystok, zoning, and groundworks execution.

Phase 2: Funding & Grants

Submission of the full technical dossier for EMFAF and national operational programmes to secure targeted co-financing.

Phase 3: Civil Construction & RAS Installation

Erection of main production halls and integration of the Hybrid RAS, cyclone clarifiers, ozone generators, and solar panels.

Phase 4: Hatchery & Mill Commissioning

Procurement of 20,000 brood stock, initiating breeding protocols, and testing the 1,000 kg/hr feed mill.

Phase 5: Commercial Operations

Full scale grow-out (2.5 crops/year), harvesting, packaging, and commercial distribution of Tilapia, Catfish, and agricultural greens.
